Investigated combinatorial sputter deposition of MgxZn1-xO contact/buffer layer for CuGa3Se5 based photo-electrochemical water splitting device and CdTe photovoltaic (PV) device. Demonstrated 20% increase in open-circuit voltage with MgxZn1-xO/ CuGa3Se5 PV device.
Studied combinatorial synthesis and characterization of novel ternary nitride and oxide thin films
Demonstrated pulsed laser deposition of Sr3Al2O6, as an epitaxial lift-off substrate layer for GaAs
